REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in a Business, healthcare or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years administrative, supervisory and program experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer software applications, clinical trial systems, including spreadsheet and database experience.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple projects and diverse functions independently.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working in a research facility with clinical oncology protocols or management of clinical data, i.e., laboratory values, toxicity levels.
  • Experience in OnCore CTMS system
 
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Medical terminology
  • Experience with Institutional Review Board application materials and processing
  • Knowledge of regulations that apply to human subjects research
