Clinical Coordinator - Air & Mobile Critical Care
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience in Air or Ground Critical Care required. Direct patient care experience preferred.
- Excellent organization skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities while routinely and positively interacting/engaging with all members of a multi-disciplinary team through verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings, nights, and/or weekends) to meet educational and/or outreach needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships, successfully implement change, proactively solve problems and make decisions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Functional
knowledge of report generation and presentation.
- Current and valid RN license/RN compact license to practice in the State of Iowa required upon start.
- Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon start.
- Current and valid Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required upon start.
- Current and valid Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required upon start.
- Current and valid Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required upon start.
- Current and valid CAMTS approved trauma certification course (ATLS, TNATC, TPATC) required, within 6 months of hire.
- Specialty
Certification (i.e., CEN, CCRN, CFRN, RNC, CTRN, CMTE) required within 2 years
of hire.
- Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards.
- Demonstrated experience in providing education to multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in program development.
