Clinical Coordinator - Pediatric Specialty Clinic (Urology)
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required
- Current License to practice Nursing
- 1-3 years of pediatric nursing experience
- Previous experience coordinating/scheduling patient visits
- Demonstrated experience of coordinating care along the healthcare continuum
- Demonstrated experience in patient education
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership and training skills
- Proficient in computer skills (i.e. word, excel, powerpoint, access)
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN, MA), or Masters of Nursing and Healthcare Practice (MNHP) is encouraged
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric urology
- Professional nursing certification
- Familiarity with UIHC and ambulatory clinic workflows
