Clinical Pharmacist – Specialty Pharmacy

Pharm. D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.

One (1) year of applicable pharmacy experience is required.

Current licensure by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners required upon hire.

Immunization Certification.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job related experience with and/or commitment to service excellence.

Job related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work environment.

Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 Residency.

Health system pharmacy experience.
-
Board certification in Ambulatory Care, Pharmacotherapy or Certification in Specialty Pharmacy.
