Clinical Pharmacist - Critical Care – Evening Shift (7-on-7-off or 8-on-6-off)

Pharm. D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

One (1) year of applicable pharmacy experience is required. Years of applicable experience include the time spent completing an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency.

Current licensure by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners is required. Includes those eligible for obtaining this licensure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Job related experience with and/or commitment to service excellence
-
Job related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work environment

Experience in hospital pharmacy setting is highly desired
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or eligibility for completing BLS certification

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or eligibility for completing ACLS certification

Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency in pharmacy

Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in a specific field
-
Clinical experience in providing pharmaceutical care to patients in critical care areas

Board certification in Pharmacotherapy or another specialized field
