Clinical Psychologist-CDD
Required Qualifications:
- A doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology is required.

Reasonable experience (1-3 years) in Clinical Child Psychology, including skill and experience in evidence-based behavioral assessment and treatment for children, adolescents and adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Reasonable experience (1-3 years) and comfortability working with individuals with severe and challenging behavior.

State of Iowa Psychology License or license eligible at the time of hire.

Iowa Health Service Provider Certification, or certification within 12 months of hire.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competency in computer software applications.
Desired Qualifications:
-
Knowledge of community-based disability services.

Experience working in a healthcare environment and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Experience working with electronic medical records.
-
Knowledge of University of Iowa policies and procedures.
Highly Desirable Qualifications:

Board certification in behavior analysis (i.e., BCBA or BCBA-D).

Assessment and/or treatment of autism spectrum disorder using the ADOS-2, ADI-R, and/or other tools.
