EDUCATION REQUIRED
Successful completion of two-year or other approved program by Joint Review Committee in Radiologic Technology education and completion of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in diagnostic Radiology.
Permit to practice in the State of Iowa for all radiographers operating ionizing radiation emitting equipment. 
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to work independently with self motivation to complete the tasks at hand.
Must be proficient in computer software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
The ability to learn to efficiently use existing proprietary software.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Clinical and/or Basic Research Experience.
Experience with advanced imaging.
Experience in one or more of the following imaging modalities such as Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. 
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT).
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
