Required Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program or an equivalent combination of education/experience 

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)  

  • At least 9 months post Clinical Fellowship  

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech Pathologist in Iowa  

  • Specific clinical expertise using evidence-based practice in the area of adult neurogenic language disorders  

  • Demonstrated commitment to working with patients and/or students from diverse backgrounds 

 

 

Desirable Qualifications: 

  • Experience with clinical instruction 

  • Expertise in cognitive-communication disorders
