Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Four years of library work experience, or
  2. A combination of related work experience, undergraduate education, and/or post-high school library training totaling 5 years

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Two years’ experience in library conservation or collections care.
  • Prior experience in digital photography and Adobe suite.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity in an academic environment, in a workplace setting, and/or in the community.
  • Prior experience with bookbinding and/or a demonstrated understanding of basic book structure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to write technical documents.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively w/others, groups, and/or team settings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the role and importance of an academic library’s physical holdings in support of the institution’s mission of teaching and learning, research and scholarship, and clinical care.
