Compliance Coordinator - Research Billing Compliance - Patient Financial Services
Education Required:
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years administrative and program experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and data management software
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability coupled with the ability to effectively work independently and with a team.
- Proven analytic, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Desired Qualifications:
Administrative and program experience in an academic or research related setting
Knowledge of University of Iowa Health Care policies & procedures
Experience and knowledge of Patient Financial Services’ functions, systems, processes & policies
Familiarity with University of Iowa Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and procedures
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience with clinical trial budgets
Understanding of Medicare regulations
Experience with research coordination
