REQUIRES:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience working with:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher) or Google G Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms);
    • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn);
    • Canva and or Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (or similar graphics program);
    • Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Sign Up Genius, Doodle Polls (or similar survey program);
    • Virtual Meeting platforms such as Zoom, Skype, WebEx (or equivalent); and
    • Electronic health record software management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven attention to detail when gathering and assessing information on a program, event, or service.
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrating ability to keep deadlines and successfully manage/schedule events.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

  • Web publishing experience.
  • Knowledge of dental business trends, labor market, and placement programs for dentistry through data searches, queries and networking.
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task on different projects and areas of responsibility.
  • Experience securing bids for venues, supplies and equipment for large group events.
  • Experience reconciling purchases for office needs and events.

DESIRABLE:

  • Knowledge and commitment to uphold federal regulations, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
  • Experience with community outreach and relationship building to foster collaborations with on- and off-campus entities.
  • Ability to prepare for and adapt to changes in environment or circumstances. Ability to troubleshoot effective solutions when environment or circumstances change.
  • Ability to assess circumstances and make recommendations for program improvement and efficiency.
