EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Master’s degree in a related teaching/learning or higher education field OR an equivalent combination of education and related experience may also serve to meet these minimum requirements.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years leading/supporting improvement efforts related to a variety of student performance, instruction, or engagement outcomes. This may include, but is not limited to, experience with continuous improvement, course development and/or course design.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, instructional technology, learning analytics, and/or educational development concepts and processes, which might include:
    • Experience supporting the design of instruction to meet the learning needs of a target population and/or
    • Experience working with data analysts to support the design and implementation of evaluation plans and to suggest iterations and interventions based on evidence.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to engage in strategic thinking, networking, and higher education policy and practice
  • Demonstrates the ability to work with data analysts to design and implement evaluation plans; ability to suggest iterations and interventions based on evidence.
  • Experience with project or program creation, development, and management skills, including experience facilitating and integrating a diverse team.
