Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Fine Arts or equivalent combination of related education and design experience.
- Experience (typically 1-3 years) in graphic design related techniques, methods and materials.
- Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite including Illustrator and Photoshop with an extensive knowledge of InDesign.
- Extensive knowledge of print production and file preparation.
- Models open, respectful, accepting, and supportive behaviors with team members.
- Experience working with high-volume design tasks that are deadline driven with a strong ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Commitment to and alignment with the values of the Division of Student Life, including a demonstrated commitment to excellence through diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of layout as it relates to sales and marketing promotional strategies.
- Working experience with photography including photo art direction and photo editing.
- Working experience in creating and installing large format files and displays.
- Working knowledge and application of automated work order systems to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
- Work experience providing art direction.
