Creative Producer/Video Producer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cinema, Broadcasting, Journalism, or related field (Communication Studies, Film Studies, Television Production, Media Design, etc.); or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience creating marketing communications and video content for organizations.
- Expert proficiency in video production including interpreting creative briefs, planning shoots, filming, editing, and navigating revisions for projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience leading team-based projects, including communication, expectation-setting, and asset management.
- Must provide links to 3 different projects with an explanation of the goals, distribution platform, and your contribution to each piece of content.
Desirable Qualifications
- 7 years experience producing marketing communications and/or branded video content.
- Proficiency with motion typography, compositing and other visual effects using After Effects, Motion or similar software.
- Experience with digital, pre-roll, or broadcast advertising.
- Familiarity with the higher education industry and the ability to produce content that resonates with people from all types of backgrounds and viewpoints.
