Curricular & Education Resource Manager, College of Dentistry
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master’s degree in Higher Education or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
· Minimum 1-year relevant administrative academic and educational program development and evaluation experience.
· Proven track record of developing higher education curriculum and understanding of instructional design.
· Knowledge of the operation and application of academic standards and curricular policies.
· Knowledge of academic assessment methods and activities.
· Ability to assess research and instructional programs and review students’ learning outcomes to ensure achievement of academic objectives and strategies.
· Knowledge of the operation and application of computer-based academic support systems.
Desirable Qualifications:
· A Ph.D. in Education, education-related or equivalent is desirable.
· Experience in curriculum development in a health profession education environment.
· Experience in design and development of learning objectives and assessment instruments in a university setting.
