The Iowa River Landing Clinic is seeking a 100% Custodian IUnder direct supervision, this individual performs custodial work required for the general maintenance of buildings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting in all areas of the building including the Pharmacy Clean Room. 
  • Performs cleaning of all floor areas such as vacuuming, shampooing, sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing.
  • Cleans and polishes all bathroom fixtures.
  • Cleans and washes all glass surfaces, ceilings, and walls.  The use of a ladder up to 12 feet in height may be required.
  • Replaces light bulbs and cleans light fixtures, using a ladder as required.
  • Collects trash from receptacles throughout the building and empties into various areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Percent of Time: 100%

Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week will be accomplished between the times of 5:00pm-1:30am, and a Saturday rotation.

Location: Iowa River Landing

Rotations: Saturday rotation

Merit Pay Grade: 3
