Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related area
  • Minimum of five to seven years accounting experience is required.
  • Supervision experience is required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Experience managing complex information requiring attention to detail is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting.
  • Must be proficient in computer software applications.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in grant accounting and management.
  • Experience with grant budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of University practices, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of NIH rules and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate multiple duties.
  • Management experience is desired.
