- Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years’ experience in facilities management with administrative responsibility, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated job-related experience within a higher education, a large corporate or military campus environment, or an applicable manufacturing environment
- Highly effective interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strategic leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, analyze, execute and document specific administrative and management functions with a sense of the long-term goals of the department
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work with a diverse group of staff at all levels of an organization
- Master’s degree
- Experience with transformational change
- Experience using data analytic tools to optimize building or manufacturing systems
- Licensing or certifications applicable to the facilities management profession
