Director, Clinical Staff Office
Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Management, Business, or Health Care Administration or other applicable field, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
~ OR~
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management, Business, or Health Care Administration or other applicable field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- A strong history of collaboration and the ability to work with executive leadership and clinical department staff members.
- Leadership and supervisory skills supporting collaboration and problem-solving, with demonstrated focus on staff development and retention.
- The ability to analyze and report data using a variety of metrics and tools to generate accurate and timely information.
- Familiarity with NCQA standards, a health care provider credentialing data system, privileging processes, the UIHC Bylaws, CSC and other UI policies and procedures
- Ability to understand and manage the budget.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point and Excel
- Demonstrated job related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment.
