Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Demonstrated experience (typically 3-5 years) in supporting diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion in a visible leadership role in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated success and commitment to discussing, integrating, and promoting diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion through a complex and dynamic organization
  • Proven ability to be a visionary change agent to transform, align, and inspire across all levels within an organization
  • Demonstrated understanding of the intersectionality of difference, privilege, power, and other social justice dynamics for establishing and engaging ongoing collaborative communication structures with interdisciplinary partners across the organization that ensure an inclusive environment
  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with experience in facilitation and presenting to groups
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, manage, and complete projects

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience (typically 3-5 years) in supporting diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion in a visible leadership role in a professional setting with specific responsibilities for leading strategic projects and/or programs
  • Experience working on DEAI initiatives in a higher education institution
  • Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights, drive decision-making, and measure impact

The starting salary is $90,000 to commensurate with experience.
