Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least 7 years related experience in areas such as banking, cash management and investment services

Proven knowledge in areas of internal financial controls, workflow processes, and critical thinking

Demonstrates expert written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of computer applications

Demonstrated experience promoting a diverse workforce, with the ability to work with staff at all levels of an organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate with customers with excellent relationship skills.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related area and 10 years of related experience

Experience in higher education
- Management experience required to lead department, including management of staff performance and development, team building and communications, resolution of issues and conflicts, review and approval of work, and hiring and training employees
