This position requires the following minimum position qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in higher education/student affairs, international studies, or counseling/social services.

Minimum one year administrative experience demonstrating:

  • Extensive proficiency in intercultural communication and public speaking skills.
  • Extensive proficiency in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Extensive proficiency in creating/providing intercultural programming, student support and retention, and knowledge of student development in a higher education setting.
  • Extensive experience with standard office computer applications, software for webinar production, and data management/statistical assessment.
  • Extensive experience with standard office computer applications, software for webinar production, and data management/statistical assessment.
  • Extensive experience in organizing and leading presentations in a higher education academic setting.
 

The following are additional position qualifications:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High level fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese Languages sufficient to communicate with students and parents regarding complex and sensitive issues, including legal or health/mental health matters.

Compensation: The successful incumbent may be hired at a salary commensurate with qualifications within the pay level [3A minimum to median zone range].
