Engineering Coordinator - HVAC
Education
- BS in Engineering or an equivalent combination of related education and experience within an emphasis on utilizing building automation systems to evaluate HVAC operations in support of energy conservation practices
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years; experience in complex HVAC systems, including experience in installation, operation, and retro-commissioning as it relates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a customer focused, team-oriented environment
- Plan, schematic, and blueprint reading
- Skill in utilizing computer software such as design, scheduling, planning and or data management
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on technical equipment
- Knowledge of process and procedures related to the design and coordination of new and remodel/repair projects
- Knowledge of DDC/pneumatic building automation systems
- Ability to conduct fieldwork and interact with clients in a professional and responsive manner
