Enrollment and Program Coordinator, CIMBA
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Typically, one to three years of related experience in higher education, preferably with international programs, recruiting, or in a client focused, administrative role.
- Extensive knowledge and ability to communicate (written and oral), including presentations to large and small groups; able to communicate and interact effectively with students, faculty, staff, and other constituents.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to change.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to travel to consortium member institutions within the United States, including night and weekend availability; international travel will also be required periodically.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety driving standards required.
- Possession of or ability to obtain documents allowing for international travel.
Desired Qualifications
- Participation in an international study abroad experience.
- At least six months of recruiting or student services experience for a study abroad program or within a higher education setting.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM system.
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations.
