Enviro Systems Mechanic II - HVAC
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Six years of experience in temperature and computerized building environmental automation systems, refrigeration or air conditioning work, including apprenticeship o> Two years of experience in computerized building environmental automation systems plus four years of experience in temperature control, refrigeration or air conditioning work, including apprenticeship.
- Refrigeration certification of at least Type 2.
- Experience with Johnson or Andover Controls
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet and maintain compliance with the University’s Driving Policy.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous soldering experience.
- Commercial / industrial HVAC experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Project work knowledge and use of equipment.
- Public contact / customer service experience.
- Mechanical license
- Hydronic license
Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal background check.
