Events Marketing Manager - College of Liberal Arts & Sciences

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, advertising, design, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years related professional experience in creation of marketing strategy and execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to write effectively under deadline for a variety of purposes, goals, audiences, and media
• Proficient in computer software applications including Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign
• Portfolio of work samples that demonstrate quality and relevance of marketing ability through various channels
• Professional creative project management experience including gathering requirements, developing briefs, utilizing project/planning tools, soliciting/applying feedback, shipping work

Desired Qualifications:

• Design experience
• Experience in performing arts marketing and communication
