Evidence Based Practice (EBP) Research Specialist
- A Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN, MA) or a Master’s Degree in a related field is required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills is required.
- Demonstrated skill in leadership/management.
- Must be proficient in computer software applications.
- Demonstrated positive Service Excellence skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Current license to practice nursing in Iowa is required.
- Must be proficient in computer software applications.
- Previous experience (typically 3-5 years) working with or coordinating clinical research and/or Evidence-Based Practice is required.
- Knowledge of IRB process and procedures is highly desired.
- Research design, data management and analysis training and experience is highly desired.
