REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates an advanced knowledge of hospital or clinical systems, policies, and procedures in order to direct, plan and implement various hospital systems.
  2. 5-7 years of clinical leadership experience related to program specialties that demonstrates knowledge of organization, operation, and coordination of hospital activities. Track record in program integration, execution development, and expansion required.
  3. Professional job-related experience fostering or promoting a welcoming and respectful work/academic environment where people of all backgrounds and perspectives feel welcomed and appreciated; or demonstrated ability to do so.
  4. Excellent consultative, collaboration, and communication skills necessary to partner with teams from within Clinical Cancer Center and across the Health System, physicians, patients, families, and others from the community to achieve goals.
  5. Demonstrated track record of success with the following leadership competencies: Core leadership competencies partnered with managing complexity, balancing stakeholders, action oriented, develops talent, managing vision/purpose, business acumen, drive for success, process management, motivating others, integrating practice across departments, organizational savvy, and data analytics.
  6. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software applications.
  7. Knowledge and experience administering complex budgets and short/long range goals and strategies.
  8. Analytical abilities to develop, design, implement and evaluate systems and prepare analysis identifying critical concerns and recommending corrective action and to develop and administer policies, budgets, operational models and oversee work of others.
  9. Interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective leadership.
