Education Required:

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 1 year of experience providing administrative support for a program that includes supporting/coordinating day to day operations and providing support to an administrator/manager or similar position.

·       Working knowledge of supply and inventory management.

·       Able to move 50 pounds.

·       Valid driver’s license and ability to meet and maintain University Driving Policy standards.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to demonstrate positive interpersonal skills and participate as a member of a team and work groups in a constructive manner while appreciating the unique contribution of diverse individuals (i.e. individuals from varied cultures, race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and veteran status), and the ability to independently prepare and proofread written materials.

·       Minimum 1 year of customer service management or demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and high standards.

·       Demonstrated working competency using Microsoft Office Programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Desired Qualifications:

·       Demonstrated ability to manage facility project management priorities and workflow.

·       Supervisory experience.

·       Basic knowledge of the UI ePRO system or a minimum of one year purchasing experience.

·       Experience with data collection, management, and reporting processes.

·       Experience with laboratory supply.
