Required Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Project Management, Engineering or a construction related field.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 Years of Directly related experience with AutoCad, architectural drawing/drafting and related skills.
- Excellent skills in AutoCad, including drafting, or modeling, preferable with directly related course work [candidates my be asked to demonstrate skill if selected for an interview].
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to excel in cutting edge technologies including all Microsoft Office paltforms
- Prior experience with Blue Beam software or compatible PDF Conversion software
- Proven ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCad Revit Software
- Project Management experience
- Experience with BIM Modeling
- Experience with archives and maintenace of large amounts of data
- Experience with architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drafting
- Experience administrating CAD or other similar software systems including software upgrades, trouble shooting, system configuration etc.
