Faculty Affairs Specialist - The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of administrative work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Office support tools available on the desktop (e.g., calendaring, word processing, e-mail, presentation software, and spreadsheets).
- Excellent written and verbal skills, as demonstrated at the working proficiency level.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of and ability to utilize tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data.
- Must hold excellent project management skills and have the ability to plan out both short term and long term deadlines to meet desired outcome.
- Demonstrates working ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Demonstrates high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Basic experience with website maintenance.
- Demonstrates ability to evaluate, analyze, and understand broad-scope systems and structures at both a high and detailed level.
- Basic knowledge of University policies and procedures.
