Fleet Coordinator - Material Services
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum six months-1 year of logistics experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create working relationships with team members, caregivers, vendors, etc.
- Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of university policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to effectively multi-task, keeping multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously
- Experience with SPM, PeopleSoft, Epic and Omnicell
