Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional experience (typically a minimum of 6 months) of related administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Experience in a complex customer service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience administratively supporting multiple individuals in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Working proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of staff at all levels of an organization. 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet and maintain University Driving Policy standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience (typically 6 months-3 years) in an administrative and/or customer service environment.
• Experience in a higher education facilities management or complex institutional organization.
• Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system.
