Qualifications:
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- One year experience as Food Service Coordinator I or comparable experience in food distribution.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working with a diverse workforce.
- Experience working with an inventory management system such as CBORD, cost control and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Experience in hiring, training and evaluating employees.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or food service environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with point of sale systems.
- Experience in timekeeping and payroll processes and procedures.
- Experience working with computer software applications (i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Experience in product promotion and marketing.
