Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Student Development, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Some (6mo-1yr) experience working in a higher education setting with campus programming and student activities.
- Demonstrated commitment to multiculturalism and experience working with students of color.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with standard office computer applications.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Master's degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Student Development, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Experience coordinating service and volunteer programs such as alternative breaks or days of service
- Extensive experience in event management processes and activities; ability to plan, organize and execute large student life or other medium to large-scale events and to coordinate resources before, during and after an event.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating co-curricular leadership programs.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense management processes.
- Knowledge of and commitment to University policies, procedures and regulations.

This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment.
