HC Svcs Supv/ Assistant Mgr
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current national certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
- Current registration with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy.
- Completion of a minimum of 2,000 hours of practice experience
as a certified pharmacy technician.
- At least 1,000 hours of which shall be practicing in an
Iowa-licensed pharmacy
- Reasonable (1-3 years) experience with supply management
principles/applications and procurement.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft
Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide and accept ideas and suggestions in a
constructive and helpful manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, creating positive working
relationships with team members including healthcare providers, vendors,
supply chain staff and pharmacy staff.
- At least 160 hours of practicing experience at a health system ambulatory care pharmacy.
- Knowledge and/or experience with PeopleSoft, Epic, McKesson Connect, the 340B program and Macrohelix™
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management and operation improvement in a pharmacy setting.
- Ability to effectively multi-task, keeping multiple initiatives moving forward simultaneously.
- Previous Telepharmacy or Senior Technician experience.
