Health Care Badge Program Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 1-2 years of administrative related or program experience.
- Typically six months - 1 year supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to apply logic and deductive reasoning to problems with varying levels of complexity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications of Word, Access and Excel.
- Prior experience working in a customer centric environment.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of staff at all levels of an organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
- Some knowledge of University and UIHC systems, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prior marketing, graphic design and/or mass communications experience
- Some knowledge of general accounting rules.
- Experience using MAUI, ERMA, Workflow or other University administrative information systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality of work, operational excellence, and customer experience.
