Required Qualifications

  • 6 months -1 year of data abstracting and analysis experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently, needing minimal guidance. 

 

Highly Desired Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of data abstracting experience within healthcare research.
  • Proficiency in working and understanding computer spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail. 
  • Experience working with Epic.
  • Knowledge of Institutional Review Board procedures, FDA regulations, and sponsor guidelines.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric patients and their families.
  • Experience working with Epic slicer dicer and COSMOS.
  • Experience working with RedCap.
