Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of directly related experience managing construction projects in a public setting
- Project Budgeting experience
- Excellent Communication skills including; communicating effectively with all levels of a public institution including knowledge and skill in the techniques of relationship and team building.
- Minimum of 1 year of planning and organizing of projects which includes identifying daily goals, developing contingency plans, tracking and documenting of project process and the ability manage multiple competing priorities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a Healthcare Field which includes knowledge of healthcare construction practices, the impact of government and regulatory issues on healthcare construction, and an understanding of life safety and interim infection control practices.
- Experience using MS Office products in the completion of construction projects.
- Experience with Primavera P6 Scheduling or other scheduling software highly desirable.
