Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated positive interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule when required 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of federal and state housing subsidies and supports for individuals who participate in the MFP program.
  • Knowledge of housing markets and rehabilitation/development.
  • Experience with systems advocacy and community organizing.
  • Experience with project management.
