Required Qualifications: 

  • A master’s degree in human resources management or business administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting enterprise-wide employee engagement.
  • Proven project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives on time.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, including presenting findings to leadership.
  • Experience designing and delivering workshops or training sessions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Data visualization and dashboard creation skills.
  • Experience in a large healthcare or academic medical center setting.
  • Professional in Human Resources Certification.
  • Knowledge of University of Iowa policies and procedures.
