HR Associate - Pediatrics (Hybrid)

Education Requirements: 

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Requirements: 

• Prior experience in human resources or related administrative support. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully balance multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software applications.
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.

Highly Desired Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in human resources in healthcare including onboarding & credentialing.
• Prior HR internship experience. 
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations affecting human resources.
• Prior human resources experience in a large, complex organization.
• High volume customer service experience.
