Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a human resources generalist, recruiter, or employee relations role.
  • Working knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining collaborative, productive, and trusted relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • A strong customer service orientation;
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse teams.
 
Desirable qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a related field;
  • Experience in an engineering-related organization;
  • Higher education experience;
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting diverse and/or specialized talent;
  • PHR, SHRM-CP or other professional certification.
