Position Qualifications:

Education Required 
•    A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, or a Business Administration related discipline. 

Required Qualifications (All at an Extensive level proficiency unless specified)
•    Considerable (3-5 years) human resources management and supervisory experience. 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills (one on one and group presentations).
•    Demonstrated knowledge of human resources laws, regulations, practices, principles, processes and directives.   
•    Demonstrated commitment to diversity and ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
•    Previous experience supervising staff
•    Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work culture

Desired Qualifications
•    Master’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Demonstrated analytical skills and success making recommendations to resolve identified issues.
•    Experience conducting investigations and recommending corrective/disciplinary actions. 
•    Experience with the design and delivery of management development/training materials.
•    Demonstrated proficiency using computer software applications and query tools.
•    Prior health care human resources management experience.

•    Expert/Leader:  Seen as an expert and/or leader; guides, troubleshoots; has strategic focus; applies knowledge and skill across or in leading multiple projects/orgs; demonstrates knowledge of trends in field; leads in developing new processes.
