Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related major or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of six months administrative related or program experience including experience providing in-person customer service.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balance multiple priorities, and ensure a high level of accuracy in work produced.
  • Ability to apply logic and deductive reasoning to problems with varying levels of complexity.
  • Proficiency with computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of staff at all levels of an organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of relational database systems.
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment.
  • Prior marketing, graphic design and/or mass communications experience.
  • Some knowledge of University and UIHC systems, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Experience using MAUI, ERMA, Workflow or other higher education administrative information systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality of work, operational excellence, and customer experience.
