Education Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service environment providing exceptional customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Operational management experience.
  • Six months minimum experience providing technical support for desktop/laptop computers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist education while working and collaborating with culturally, linguistically, racially, and socioeconomically diverse populations.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in an academic or higher education environment
  • Experience managing, developing, and supervising staff. 
  • Experience in inventory management.
