Instructional Services Coordinator
Education Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service environment providing exceptional customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Operational management experience.
- Six months minimum experience providing technical support for desktop/laptop computers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racist education while working and collaborating with culturally, linguistically, racially, and socioeconomically diverse populations.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an academic or higher education environment
- Experience managing, developing, and supervising staff.
- Experience in inventory management.
