Instructional Services Specialist - Nursing Education
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 1-3 years e-learning and course management experience using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Canvas, and Panopto,
- Demonstrated experience with online learning management systems.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website design software such as Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Experience developing curriculum and educational resources.
- Demonstrated customer-focused and team-focused actions to meet or exceed needs and expectations; take charge to resolve customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel including the ability to create and edit formulas of varying complexity.

Demonstrated job-related experience with commitment to diversity in the work or academic environment.

Demonstrated experience coordinating a high-volume workload.

Experience in the health care field and using medical terminology.

Graphic, audio, and video design creation experience, possibly outside of eLearning authoring tools is desired.
- The ability to translate learning objectives into engaging courses is desired.
- Demonstrated experience with Human Resources software platforms is desired.
