Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 1-3 years e-learning and course management experience using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Canvas, and Panopto,
  • Demonstrated experience with online learning management systems.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website design software such as Adobe Dreamweaver.
  • Experience developing curriculum and educational resources.
  • Demonstrated customer-focused and team-focused actions to meet or exceed needs and expectations; take charge to resolve customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel including the ability to create and edit formulas of varying complexity.
  • Demonstrated job-related experience with commitment to diversity in the work or academic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating a high-volume workload.
 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated examples of the following is desired:

    • Solution oriented:  proactively deliver results that make a difference for the organization, seeks opportunities to develop and implement programs and projects successfully.
    • Analytical: strong quantitative and qualitative skills, able to analyze, correlate and synthesize complex data
    • Detail oriented:  able to attend to detail and produce thorough, accurate work.
  • Experience in the health care field and using medical terminology.
  • Graphic, audio, and video design creation experience, possibly outside of eLearning authoring tools is desired. 
  • The ability to translate learning objectives into engaging courses is desired.
  • Demonstrated experience with Human Resources software platforms is desired.
