IRB Senior Application Analyst
Education or Equivalency Required
Bachelor’s degree in a field of science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience (typically 3-5 years) conducting intensive, expeditious, regulatory review of research involving biomedical and\or social behavioral research design.
- Evidence of strong writing, speaking, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients on a broad range of sensitive topics.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and the internet.
- Knowledge of University and federal regulations regarding the protection of human subjects participating in research including; HIPAA, FDA, informed consent, randomized clinical trials, social\behavioral and biologic regulations.
Highly Desirable Qualification
- Demonstrated experience (3-5 years is preferred) conducting intensive, expeditious, regulatory review of research involving biomedical and\or social behavioral research design.
Desirable Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Reasonably related (typically 3-4 years) program coordination, administrative, and/or supervisory experience.
- Public speaking experience
- CIP (Certified IRB Professional) certification.
- Experience in preparing reports to federal, regulatory, and/or accrediting agencies.
