IT Support Analyst
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Requirements
6 months or more of related customer service experience in a health care related environment.
Experience with Radiology PACS systems required.
Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism while handling difficult situations with callers or customers.
Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multi-task & quickly change focus.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, their families, UIHC staff and clinics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) or comparable programs.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of University of Iowa Policies and Procedures.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations with minimal supervision is desired.
Experience identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations and suggestions is desired.
Self-motivated with initiative to seek out additional responsibilities, tasks and projects is desired
