Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of relevant IT or IT Support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, organize priorities, and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of IT basics relating to installation of hardware and software.
  • Proven ability to use photo and video editing software to complete photo and video projects.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Previous experience working in a medical or academic setting.
  • Working knowledge of MATLAB, EPIC, and/or other research or medical software applications.
  • Experience working with Sharewell Service Management software.
